4. Gift Orders for a Beneficiary
When someone orders a membership or gift for another person, they may need to provide us with certain information about that beneficiary.
This information is used solely to prepare and fulfil the relevant gift or membership. The purchaser must ensure that they are authorised to provide us with the necessary information.
5. Payments
Payments offered on the website are processed by Stripe, a secure payment service provider. Les Chevaliers de l’Astrée neither receives nor stores the full payment card details used for the transaction.
HelloAsso may also be offered at a later date for certain memberships, donations or association activities. Until this service is activated on the website, no data is transmitted to HelloAsso for these purposes.
6. Tools Used to Manage the Website and Memberships
The website is built using WordPress and WooCommerce. Certain processes are also automated to prepare memberships, allocate symbolic plots, generate the necessary documents and provide administrative follow-up.
Only the data necessary for these operations is used.

The website uses cookies that are necessary for its operation and, where applicable, cookies or other trackers that require your consent.
